Not Just Another Store is a conceptual retail space that detaches itself from all the restrictions, rules and norms placed upon existing retail spaces. With collaborations at the heart and core of the concept, Not Just Another Store is partnering up with various creatives and designers to curate innovative events, installations and exhibitions. The space includes over 25 international independent fashion and lifestyle brands across womenswear and menswear, literature, art, homeware & interiors.


We are looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to work with our team. You will play a key role in helping Not Just Another Store to grow visibility, distribution, digital and physical.  You will help with building and implementing seasonal marketing campaigns, e-commerce and in-store activations, optimizing on-site experience, tracking campaigns and consumer KPIs. The role will have a strong focus on ecommerce hence a digital background and interest is a plus.


  • Support in coordinating seasonal brand campaigns
  • Contribute to project management and implementation (shootings, events, asset development for all marketing communications, on-site executions, etc)
  • Track all marketing campaigns and placements, ensuring correct live dates/coverage
  • Draft creative briefs for asset development
  • Support in coordinating samples for marketing and ecommerce shoots and initiatives
  • Gather sales and sell-through information into reports and extract key learnings to be shared to the team
  • Support in preparing for internal and external meetings i.e. presentation decks, agendas etc as well as ad hoc management requests
  • Conducting site audits, on-site optimization suggestions and support to implement improvements
  • Monitor new ecommerce and marketing trends
  • Track competitor ecommerce activities and identify opportunities for NJAS


  • Having completed or currently in a cursus of Business School / Fashion Management School preparing to qualify with a Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong appetite for digital marketing and/or ecommerce
  • Previous relevant experience in a marketing role/internship with digital focus (ideally with ecommerce or omnichannel experience) and project management is a plus
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience of running projects from start to completion.
  • Excellent organization, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think proactively, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • Quick comprehension, fast learner and attention to details
  • Ideally, knowledge of digital marketing
  • Strong natural curiosity and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Fashion experience and interest is a plus
  • Open and team-oriented personality
  • Consistently bring energy, enthusiasm and willingness to go above beyond to deliver superior results
  • Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Language Skills: English mandatory
